SUM//12 is designed to work without an account or internet connection. If something is not working as expected, the steps below solve most issues.
How to play
Place each tile in one of three columns. Reach exactly 12 to clear a column and score a bonus. Going over 12 burns that column. The 2:30 clock starts with your first valid move.
App not responding
- Close SUM//12 completely and open it again.
- Restart your device if the problem continues.
- Make sure you are using the latest version available from your app store.
Scores and data
Your best score is stored only on your device. There is no account or cloud backup, so clearing local app data or uninstalling the app may remove it.

If you still need help, email the developer. Include your device model, operating-system version, app version and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
